Regardless of Age

2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV) 17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Lord God Almighty, thank You for sanctifying me in Your Holiness, so that I may come boldly into Your presence through Your Messiah Jesus, the Lamb of God. I trust You to lead me to the blessing You have for me today in the name of Christ Jesus. Lord, be glorified in me and all of Your children. Amen.

What We Think, Do and Say Matters

We Are Worthy Of Love

We are NOT perfect, but we can continue to learn to love each other and ourselves better.

From Prayers to Scriptures and beyond…

There are many Christian Spiritual Disciplines that help us grow in our personal relationship with God and live a healthier life. Each time in my life I have included Journaling and Meditative Prayer in my routine, I started to grow in my relationship with God.

Healing Old Memories and Writing to Get Perspective

Writing Helps Us Dig Deeper

Jesus the Christ is our personal 24/7 on-call Counselor and Savior. He is essential for healing memories and living an abundant life. Sometimes, we also need humans to talk to… A loving Prayer Partner, family and friends are blessings to help us through the day. Someone to talk to like a trained Christian Counselor or Pastor can be a blessing from God to help us with trauma.

We need God’s perspective to grow. Writing in the 3rd person helps me to look at things from different perspectives. This helps me to focus outwardly as well as looking inwardly. Sometimes I find by writing a very short story it helps me listen to Jesus better.

Mind – Heart – Soul

Healing starts in our mind, heart and soul… Our inner self affects our whole body. Sometimes due to an unhealthy mind, heart or soul we make it a habit to overeat to comfort ourselves, skip exercise because we had a bad day or overindulge in something to escape our circumstances.

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

God Is Patient and Waits for the Right Time.

We all know God is patient. The Scriptures make it clear. Today, I was praying about patience with the Holy Father, and then I wondered; How does God feel about waiting? How does He do it? Does He focus on the outcome? Are there any aspects about waiting that God enjoys? How can I wait better? I am not patient. I hate waiting. I have prayed that God would draw…
