In John 8 we are reminded that we all are guilty of some type of sin. The crowd was going to stone a woman caught in the act of adultery. Jesus saved her from death. Even the sinless Son of God did not pick up a stone to take her life. We are all guilty of something. Sometimes we even think we are correct as we judge others, and we fail to see our own sin. In John 3:16-18 we are told that Jesus did not come to condemn us, but to save us from condemnation due to our sin against God. God wants us to pray about our thoughts, feelings and memories. God wants to bless us and not condemn us.
LORD Make Yourself Known
Lord God Almighty, thank You for our salvation and restoration we have through Christ Jesus. Thank You that You continue to teach us and heal us from our sinful nature. Help me resist any resistance to You and stop throwing stones. I trust You and know You want the best for me. Help me repent my sin, forgive myself, forgive others, and pray for others as I would want to be prayed for. Your will be done in my life according to Your purpose and plan for me. Please help me pray others up because, my life overflows due to Your abundant love, mercy and grace towards me. Father be glorified in the Holy name of Christ Jesus as He moves on this prayer. Amen.
